As of now, you can either pick up the puzzle from our center or use a delivery service like Porter or Dunzo. The delivey charges are to be borne by you.
Yes. Every puzzle are cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Most of the puzzles are of high quality and sturdy. But in case the puzzle breaks, the member will be charged to replace the same. Its always advised to let the dogs work on the puzzle under supervison.

To ensure the Puzzle is available to everyone, you can keep a puzzle for a week at a time. If you want to keep it for longer please let us know. If no one else has requested the puzzle we will be happy to provide an extension for an additional cost.

Currently, only the puzzles displayed on the website are available for rent. The others ae available only for the puzzle sessions at our center
Puzzle sessions are 30 minute sessions where you and your dog can work on the puzzle at our center. We also help the dog to get started with the puzzles.

The number of puzzles you can rent varies with the membership plan. Please check our different membership plans. You can rent out more puzzles by purchasing more points.

When you purchase a membership, you get points. When you rent a puzzle, the correspnding number of points are deducted from your account. If you run out of points, you can buy additional points
